                           Formal Measurements

Welcome to the assessment phase of the Development Program.  The following process collects, tracks and communicates your profile and developmental progress.  Where possible, the procedure is delivered online for your convenience. 

You will be sent instructions and links by email to the specific list of tests that have been selected for you. When you receive it, proceed through the assessment phase in the order it is presented here. Your email address will be your contact for communication and the username for password protected sections of the program.    There are approximately eight hours of testing involved.   You do not need to finish it all at one sitting and may stop and return as your schedule permits.  However, setting a few blocks of time aside is generally most effective and you must complete the entire package within one week.  One supervised testing session may also be arranged at a convenient time and location for you.

Once your data is complete there will be a telephone interview and discussion of the results prior to writing your report.  Please take every opportunity to ask any questions you may have at any time.  Once you have read a draft report, a second review will take place, possibly in your regular work environment.  The final report is then delivered to yourself and the head of human resources.  This sets the stage for completion of your development plan and activities as guided through the workbook.  Contact us for assistance at any time.
